What companies often want to know before getting started.
No, at no point. The individual report is visible only to the employee themselves. Your company receives an aggregated, anonymized analysis of the patterns, risks and levers across your workforce. Below a minimum number of participants, no company report is generated at all, so conclusions about individuals are technically impossible. Participation is voluntary and every employee gives their own consent. There is no performance monitoring: what is measured are behavioral factors such as sleep or work structure, never the work results of individual people. This very separation is what makes employees answer honestly, and only honest answers make your analysis meaningful.
The starting point. Traditional programs offer everyone the same thing and measure participation. Soma first measures what actually holds each individual back, and derives individual, science-based recommendations from that. The difference shows in the outcome. Instead of a participation rate, you receive a reliable picture of the actual performance drivers in your organization and how they develop over time.
Very little. You invite your employees in a few clicks, individually or as a list. Each person automatically receives a personal invitation, sets their own password and completes the assessment in about 10 to 15 minutes, whenever it fits their workday. No software installation, no IT integration and no training are required. The ongoing effort on your side is close to none.
No. Participation is voluntary, and that is not a drawback but the precondition for honest answers. Every employee has an immediate reason of their own to take part: they receive their personal report with individual recommendations, visible only to them. For employees, Soma is an offer, not a control mechanism, and that is exactly how it is received.
Two things. First, every participating employee receives a comprehensive personal report with their most important performance factors, clearly explained and with concrete, actionable recommendations. Second, you receive the company report with the aggregated patterns, risk areas and biggest levers across your workforce. It is your basis for deciding where investments in your people will actually have an effect. Individual reports work from the very first employee. The company report requires a minimum number of participants, which protects anonymity.
That depends on team size and scope, which is why flat prices would not do your situation justice. Simply get in touch. In a first conversation you will receive a clear, transparent assessment of what Soma costs for your organization and what it delivers, with no sales pressure and no commitment.
